Frequency + Resonance + Informational Modulation
We consider frequency-wellness formats in the context of your wider plan, including how you experience a session and what deserves review.
About the practice
PHOENIX SANCTUM brings frequency technology, a whole-person perspective and personal guidance together in a complementary wellness practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Your approach to wellbeing should make room for your circumstances, your priorities and the life you lead. At PHOENIX SANCTUM, we take time to understand that wider picture before discussing a suitable starting point. We offer in-person consultations and frequency technology sessions on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, alongside Remote Services by individual arrangement.

No two people share the same history or the same reasons for seeking support. Sleep, stress, daily routines, environmental exposures and personal experiences can all be relevant to a conversation about wellbeing. We give you room to explain what brings you here and what you hope to explore.
During an initial consultation, we discuss your circumstances, concerns and relevant health and safety information. Where suitable, we include biofeedback observations to help organise the discussion. These device-specific recordings are non-diagnostic; they do not establish a condition or its cause.
Together, we agree a starting scope. Your support may include technology sessions, a defined frequency programme, consultations and review, or a longer-term Pathway. You can understand the options and fees before deciding how to proceed.
Our interest in frequency wellness comes from curiosity about the relationships between electricity, physical signals and living systems. We respect established science and examine emerging ideas with attention to what the evidence can support.
We use selected frequency generators, plasma equipment, pulsed electromagnetic field systems, contact-based delivery and specialised light formats. Each offers a different way to experience a session. We explain the proposed role, practical setup and relevant safety considerations before using it.
Scientific understanding and evidence differ across these formats. Research on a general technology does not establish an outcome for a particular PHOENIX SANCTUM service. We distinguish established knowledge from manufacturer explanations, practitioner interpretation and experimental concepts.
Explore the technology and evidence limitsA Remote Service gives you an agreed frequency programme operated by the practice while you continue your day. Programme operation does not require routine visits, equipment to wear or a continuous phone or computer connection. Consultations and review still form part of the arrangement where the chosen service includes them.
We confirm suitability, location, service period and sample instructions before starting. Using an accepted labelled dry sample, we prepare an assigned Remote device and generator allocation. We manage the technical setup and the programme for your documented service period.
The four individual Remote Services offer different levels of programme selection and practitioner involvement. Remote Dynamic Support includes active management and regular contact. REMOTE PRIME is a separate, wider remote-only Pathway that can bring suitable services, TeleConsults, reports and reviews into one plan.
This format can reduce travel and provide continuity between appointments. Interstate and international enquiries require individual confirmation. The proposed non-local biological mechanism remains scientifically unproven; practical access and programme management do not establish a health effect.
Compare Remote ServicesYou may be curious about a technology you have not experienced. You may want space to discuss wellbeing while juggling work, family responsibilities or a change in your circumstances. You may already attend in person and want to explore remote continuity. We start by listening, then explain whether our service and its limits fit what you are seeking.
Our consultations provide time for discussion and planning. A Facilitated Frequency Technology Session (FFTS) provides the agreed technology application and setup; it is a different appointment from a consultation. We help you understand that distinction before booking.
See the ways we can work togetherThe relationship continues beyond a single session. We discuss what you have noticed, consider your priorities and review whether to continue, adjust or pause. A Pathway gives the work a structure; where Access Tiers apply, practitioner review guides the next decision. Progression is individual and outcomes vary.
The Unified Trans-Informational Medicine Framework™ (UTMF) and Seven Pillars help us organise the wider context. They support discussion and sequencing within the practice; they are not diagnostic tools or proof of a biological mechanism. You can explore the framework below without needing to choose a Pathway before you enquire.
‘The Ultimate Human Upgrade’ expresses our direction of personal renewal and development. We offer a process that allows attention, curiosity and informed choices, while your experience remains your own. Our complementary wellness services do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or care from a qualified health professional.
Your next step is a conversation. Share your circumstances through the new-client enquiry, or contact us with a general question. We will explain the relevant options so you can decide whether to begin.

Your practitioner
Steven is your practitioner at PHOENIX SANCTUM on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He takes time to understand your priorities, relevant history and safety context, then works with you to agree the service, its scope and when to review it.
You can ask questions about the equipment, discuss what an appointment involves and consider the fees before committing. Steven explains the difference between device observations, practitioner interpretation and established medical evidence.
Consultations and facilitated technology sessions take place by arrangement. Where suitable, TeleConsults and Remote Services provide other ways to work together. Steven confirms the arrangements with you before starting.

Your priorities rarely fit into one category. We use the Unified Trans-Informational Medicine Framework™ (UTMF) to organise information and the Seven Pillars to consider the areas relevant to you.

We consider frequency-wellness formats in the context of your wider plan, including how you experience a session and what deserves review.
We consider the Pillars together, with different relevance for each person. UTMF is a synthesis and interpretation framework, not a diagnostic test or treatment protocol.
We consider frequency-wellness formats in the context of your wider plan, including how you experience a session and what deserves review.
We consider relevant medical care and information from qualified health professionals. Diagnosis, tests and medication decisions remain with those professionals.
We consider relevant history, daily routines and tolerance when planning support. This framework label does not establish toxin removal or a detoxification effect.
Your sleep, stress and day-to-day experience help us understand your circumstances and the pace of support that may be appropriate.
We consider food routines and relevant nutritional context, including advice you receive from appropriately qualified professionals.
We take account of supplements and related advice as part of your safety context. Their inclusion here does not imply prescribing or a standard intervention for every client.
We consider movement, activity and relevant limitations alongside the rest of your context, with appropriate professional advice where needed.
