Available support

How support is delivered.

Your service describes the work we do together. We agree its purpose, delivery format and review arrangements before you begin.

01

Practitioner consultations

Consultations provide time for context, interpretation, planning and review. In-person, telephone or video delivery depends on suitability and the agreed service.

Initial consultation

Discuss priorities, history, safety and a suitable starting direction.

Follow-up consultation

Clarify information, agree a roadmap and prepare for the working phase.

General consultation

Discuss observations, current priorities and adjustments within the plan.

Review consultation

Consider your experience and decide on continuation, adjustment, pause or further assessment.

02

Facilitated technology sessions

In a Facilitated Frequency Technology Session (FFTS), we prepare and facilitate the selected equipment within an agreed plan. Comfort, suitability and safety guide the format. A session is one part of the relationship, not a Pathway by itself.

03

Individual Remote Services and REMOTE PRIME

RDSP, RPS, RTS and RDS describe four remote formats with different programme and management arrangements. REMOTE PRIME is the wider remote-only Pathway that can coordinate appropriate services, TeleConsults, reports and reviews.

Inside an appointment

Your discussion comes before the equipment.

We confirm what you are attending for and explain the proposed format. A consultation includes practitioner discussion; an FFTS follows an agreed technology plan and does not replace a consultation.

  1. Discuss

Your priorities, history and relevant safety information.

  2. Select

A suitable format, its purpose and evidence limits.

  3. Set up

Positioning, equipment preparation and comfort checks.

  4. Review

Your experience and the agreed next step.

What engagement involves

A clear process, with room to review.

The full relationship includes enquiry, consultations, the working phase and review. A Pathway sits within that relationship. Your plan can change as we learn more about your circumstances.

  1. 01

    Tell us about yourself

Use the new-client enquiry form to share your priorities, history and relevant safety information.

  2. 02

    Discuss a starting point

We review suitability and arrange an initial consultation where appropriate. We discuss your history and objectives, then explain the scope and current fees before you commit.

  3. 03

    Agree your plan

The Follow-Up Consultation clarifies the roadmap, support format and working phase. We confirm the schedule and review timing for the agreed service.

  4. 04

    Work together

Attend General Consultations and Facilitated Frequency Technology Sessions (FFTS), or follow the agreed remote arrangements. For applicable tiered work, the initial working phase is typically six weeks after follow-up.

  5. 05

    Review and decide

At the Review Consultation, discuss your experience and next steps. Review precedes any progression decision; it does not guarantee a move to another Tier.

Your next step

Start with a new-client enquiry.

Tell us about your circumstances and whether you are considering in-person or individually confirmed remote support. We will respond when practical.
