By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, completing an intake form, making a booking, purchasing a product, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with PHOENIX SANCTUM™, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or engage our services.

3. NATURE OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT AND SERVICES

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ provides wellness-oriented, educational, informational and practitioner-guided services and materials.

Our services may include, without limitation:

  • frequency-based and bio-energetic wellness support

  • in-person sessions

  • remote support services

  • structured service pathways

  • educational content

  • intake, review and interpretive processes

  • biofeedback or resonance-related session outputs

  • frequency-imprinted products

  • structured water or other imprintable media

  • general wellness-oriented communications and materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, PHOENIX SANCTUM™ does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, hospital services, ambulance services, psychiatric crisis services, or regulated therapeutic guarantees.

4. IMPORTANT HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The information presented on this website and in any PHOENIX SANCTUM™ service, product, report, communication or material is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ offers frequency-based, wellness-oriented and bio-energetic services that are intended to be complementary to, and not a substitute for, appropriate conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency care.

Nothing on this website, and nothing communicated by PHOENIX SANCTUM™, is intended to:

  • diagnose disease

  • provide medical advice

  • replace a doctor, hospital, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional

  • guarantee any therapeutic, medical or diagnostic outcome

  • create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship

Any references to symptoms, organs, physiology, pathology, microbes, terrain, biochemical pathways, nervous system patterns, energetic imbalance, detoxification, repair, regulation, or similar concepts are used descriptively, educationally, interpretively, or metaphorically within the PHOENIX SANCTUM™ framework unless expressly stated otherwise.

All resonance, scan, reverse-lookup, or related outputs are to be understood as informational or interpretive tools within a wellness framework. They are not, by themselves, proof of disease, pathology, infection, deficiency, or any medical diagnosis.

You remain solely responsible for obtaining appropriate medical advice, diagnosis, testing, treatment, and emergency care from qualified healthcare professionals where needed.

If you have a medical emergency or believe you may be at immediate risk, do not rely on this website or on PHOENIX SANCTUM™. Seek urgent help immediately by calling emergency services or attending an appropriate emergency provider.

5. SUITABILITY, SCREENING AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for deciding whether to engage with PHOENIX SANCTUM™

  • you must provide accurate, current and complete information where requested

  • you must disclose any information that may be relevant to safety, contraindications, equipment considerations, or service suitability

  • you must not withhold material health, risk or device-related information if it may affect service safety or appropriateness

  • you are responsible for maintaining appropriate medical oversight for any medical condition, medication, implant, pregnancy, vulnerability, instability, or risk factor relevant to you

  • PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may decline, defer, limit, modify or discontinue a service if we believe it is unsuitable, unsafe, not clinically appropriate within our scope, inconsistent with our framework, or likely to create unacceptable operational, legal, ethical or safety risk

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may rely on the accuracy of the information you provide.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Individual responses to wellness, frequency-based, educational, environmental, behavioural, remote, or product-based interventions vary significantly.

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that any particular service, product, protocol, recommendation, remote support model, imprint, report, or communication will produce any specific outcome.

Without limiting the above, we do not guarantee:

  • symptom improvement

  • symptom resolution

  • diagnostic clarity

  • medical improvement

  • prevention of disease

  • cure of any condition

  • suitability for a particular purpose unless expressly required by law

  • uninterrupted availability of website, booking or remote systems

  • that any interpretation, pattern, or resonance finding will correspond with laboratory, imaging or clinical findings

Any examples, testimonials, descriptions, case studies, observations or practitioner opinions are illustrative only and do not amount to a promise that the same or similar outcome will occur for you.

7. BOOKINGS, ENQUIRIES AND FORM SUBMISSIONS

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may use website forms, third-party forms, scheduling tools, email, messaging or other channels for enquiries, intake, and bookings.

Submitting an enquiry or intake form does not itself guarantee acceptance as a client, a booking, or a service outcome.

A booking is only confirmed when accepted by PHOENIX SANCTUM™ and, where applicable, payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, limit or cancel bookings where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, legal, ethical, capacity, misuse, payment, scope, or client-fit reasons.

8. FEES, PRICING AND PAYMENT

Fees, prices and availability may be stated on the website, booking page, invoice, proposal, email, or other written communication.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • all prices are in Australian dollars

  • payment timing and method may be specified at booking, on invoice, or otherwise in writing

  • payment may be required in advance, at the time of booking, at the time of service, or by the due date shown on invoice

  • unpaid amounts may result in delayed delivery, withholding of non-essential services, suspension of future bookings, or cancellation of pending services, to the extent permitted by law

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may correct obvious pricing, typographical or administrative errors.

To the extent permitted by law, quoted pricing may be withdrawn or changed before a booking is accepted or a purchase is completed. Any change will not affect a transaction already validly completed unless the law permits otherwise.

9. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND NO-SHOWS

Because appointment times, preparation time, practitioner time, equipment allocation, and remote capacity are limited resources, PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may apply cancellation, rescheduling and no-show rules.

Unless a different cancellation policy is expressly stated on the relevant booking page, service page, package terms, invoice, or direct written agreement:

  • clients should provide as much notice as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or reschedule

  • repeated short-notice cancellations, late arrivals or non-attendance may lead to fees, forfeited deposits, limited rebooking rights, or refusal of future bookings, to the extent permitted by law

  • where substantial preparation, reserved remote capacity, pre-session analysis, sample processing, customisation, or bespoke work has already occurred, PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may retain a reasonable portion of fees to reflect work already performed, reserved capacity, or non-recoverable cost, to the extent permitted by law

Nothing in these Terms excludes any remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if a service fails to meet a non-excludable consumer guarantee.

10. REMOTE SERVICES AND SAMPLE-BASED WORKFLOWS

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ offers remote support structures and may use sample-based workflows where relevant to a particular service model. The live website currently advertises multiple remote services and a new client intake flow.

By engaging a remote or sample-based service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • remote services are still subject to the same non-medical limitations and disclaimers in these Terms

  • remote services may require timely, accurate and properly labelled client information or sample submission

  • PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may provide instructions for submission, handling, timing, continuity, disposal or return of sample-related materials

  • delays, inaccuracies, damage, postal issues, customs issues, missed communications, or incomplete information may affect service timing, continuity or suitability

  • PHOENIX SANCTUM™ is not responsible for delays, losses, interceptions or external failures caused by postal, courier, customs, border, technology or third-party platform issues beyond our reasonable control

  • remote support is not emergency support and is not a substitute for urgent medical care, live supervision, or crisis intervention

  • remote support continuity may depend on equipment availability, maintenance, scheduling, capacity and operational factors

  • PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may suspend, modify or cease remote work where necessary for safety, scope, legal, technical or operational reasons

Where a service is time-limited, block-limited, or capacity-limited, that service is governed by the specific written terms attached to that service in addition to these general Terms.

11. PRODUCTS, IMPRINTS AND PHYSICAL ITEMS

PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may offer products or product-related services, including frequency-imprinted items, structured water, stickers, wearables, or other imprintable media, as reflected in website and offering materials.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided

  • products are not sold as medical devices, medicines, or guaranteed therapeutic goods unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise

  • you are responsible for checking ingredients, materials, sensitivities, compatibility and suitability for your own circumstances

  • any product should be kept away from children where appropriate and used with ordinary care

  • PHOENIX SANCTUM™ may revise or discontinue products, packaging, descriptions, or availability without notice

  • international buyers are responsible for checking local import rules, customs restrictions, duties, taxes and regulatory compatibility before ordering

Risk in goods and title pass subject to applicable law and any specific shipping terms notified at purchase.

12. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND NON-EXCLUDABLE RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent the law permits us to limit our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee in relation to services, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the extent the law permits us to limit our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee in relation to goods, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

This clause is subject to any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. WEBSITE CONTENT AND GENERAL INFORMATION

We take reasonable care in preparing website content, but PHOENIX SANCTUM™ does not warrant that website content is complete, current, error-free, fit for your purposes, or continuously available.

Website content may include opinions, educational commentary, practitioner frameworks, evolving service descriptions, illustrative examples, conceptual models, external references, historical material, or forward-looking statements. These may change without notice.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS, TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

This website may use or link to third-party websites, forms, payment processors, scheduling systems, social media platforms, hosting tools, analytics providers, email services or other external systems.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHOENIX SANCTUM™ excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, including loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or disappointment of expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHOENIX SANCTUM™ is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from or connected with:
