Pathways + Access Tiers

A pathway for the work ahead.

A Pathway organises your engagement. An Access Tier describes the depth of support where Tiers apply. Explore the differences; your practitioner will help confirm a suitable route.

Five pathways. A considered direction for you.

Selected Pathway: FOCUS, Tier I: Initiate

Choose a Pathway to explore

In person · managed pathway

FOCUS

Practitioner guidance around one or two defined priorities.

Consultations, selected technology sessions and regular review organise the work around your agreed objectives. The practitioner confirms the starting scope and any later change in access.

Access Tiers · depth of support

A progression guided by review.

Where Tiers apply, each working phase is approximately six weeks, depending on your needs and Pathway. Explore the stages below; your practitioner confirms access after review.

Exploring Tier I · Initiate

Establish a starting structure, orientation and an agreed review point.

Practitioner review before a change in access

The practitioner reviews your objectives, completed work and relevant Seven Pillars before changing access. Tiers are not health scores, purchases or guaranteed progression.

ALIGN

A straightforward route for preset frequency sessions. For suitable clients seeking a defined session with a preset programme. ALIGN does not include biofeedback, individualised programming or Access Tier progression. We confirm the appropriate screening before you begin.

FOCUS

Practitioner guidance around one or two defined priorities. Consultations, selected technology sessions and regular review organise the work around your agreed objectives. The practitioner confirms the starting scope and any later change in access.

INTEGRATE

Coordinated support for several interacting priorities. A broader engagement for circumstances that call for careful sequencing across more than one area. The practitioner reviews your context, tolerance and response before changing the plan.

FORGE

Closely managed facilitation of an intensive protocol. FORGE involves a high level of structure and readiness review. The practitioner confirms the protocol, participation requirements and review arrangements in the written offer before you commit.

REMOTE PRIME

A complete remote relationship with a plan and review points. REMOTE PRIME coordinates suitable Remote Services, TeleConsults and reports within a wider plan. It is distinct from the four individual Remote Services and does not include routine in-person biofeedback or hands-on technology sessions.

Tier I: Initiate

Establish a starting structure, orientation and an agreed review point.

Tier II: Adept

Refine the work after the practitioner has reviewed readiness and response.

Tier III: Ascendant

Consider more complex support where suitability, capacity and practitioner approval allow.

Tier IV: Continuum

Plan ongoing review, continuity and greater autonomy where appropriate.

What engagement involves

A clear process, with room to review.

The full relationship includes enquiry, consultations, the working phase and review. A Pathway sits within that relationship. Your plan can change as we learn more about your circumstances.

  1. 01

    Tell us about yourself

Use the new-client enquiry form to share your priorities, history and relevant safety information.

  2. 02

    Discuss a starting point

We review suitability and arrange an initial consultation where appropriate. We discuss your history and objectives, then explain the scope and current fees before you commit.

  3. 03

    Agree your plan

The Follow-Up Consultation clarifies the roadmap, support format and working phase. We confirm the schedule and review timing for the agreed service.

  4. 04

    Work together

Attend General Consultations and Facilitated Frequency Technology Sessions (FFTS), or follow the agreed remote arrangements. For applicable tiered work, the initial working phase is typically six weeks after follow-up.

  5. 05

    Review and decide

At the Review Consultation, discuss your experience and next steps. Review precedes any progression decision; it does not guarantee a move to another Tier.
